New domestic travel rules go into effect Monday at noon. All passengers on inter-city trains and domestic planes will be screened for symptoms of the novel coronavirus. Any would be traveler with symptoms will be barred from travel.

VIA Rail to cut down service

More changes are coming to rail service Tuesday. Via Rail will cut down its service between Ottawa Montreal and Ottawa Toronto Tuesday.

It will run just two trains per corridor daily.
