Algonquins of Pikwàkanagàn First Nation: Brittany Martin is the Pandemic Advisor, providing the Chief and Council with information. Everyone has access to the virtual triage centre run by Renfrew County. You can call 613-735-8654 to set up an appointment.
Almonte: A case assessment centre is open just behind the Almonte General Hospital’s emergency department. It’s being operated by staff from the Almonte General Hospital, Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital and Lanark County Paramedic Service, in partnership with the Leeds, Grenville & Lanark District Health Unit. This centre does not take walk-ins. You can get a referral from your family physician or by calling 1-800-660-5853 ext. 2499.
Carleton Place: Residents of Carleton Place can access the assessment centre at the Almonte General Hospital site.
Casselman: A drive–thru assessment centre operates from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. over at 872 Principale St.
Cornwall: A COVID-19 case assessment centre is available at Centre for Addiction and Mental Health right beside the Cornwall Community Hospital. The centre is open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. You need to call 613-935-7762.
Gatineau: There is a case assessment centre near the Hull hospital at 135 St-Raymond Blvd. Patients need to be assessed over the phone before they can come in from screening. You can call 877-644-4545.
Hawkesbury: A COVID-19 testing/case assessment centre runs Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.-5p.m. It’s at 750 Laurier Street.
Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation: Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 should call 877-644-4545. Treatment is being done through the Manawaki Hospital. It doesn’t accept any walk-ins, but you will be directed after you call the above number.
The Mohawk Nation at Akwesasne: The community health unit is offering telephone screening to people living on the Canadian side. You can call 613–575–2341 at the extension 3220. If you require further screening you will then call the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health by the Cornwall Community Hospital at 613-935-7762.
Renfrew County: The community runs a virtual triage and assessment centre that operates 24/7. A doctor will be able to treat you over the phone. The County does not want to encourage people to come together at a case assessment centre. Tests will be administered at home. You can call 613-735-8654 to set up an appointment.
Winchester: A case assessment centre operated by the Winchester District Memorial Hospital is located at 515 Albert St. It runs from 12 p.m.–6 p.m. You need a referral from either your family physician or from Telethealth Ontario to access the service. You can call Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000.
