This year’s July 1 celebrations are looking a little different, but the show must go on. Several artists are slated to perform virtually during the Canada Day Across the Country show, including Indigenous talents Leela Gilday and Burnstick along with Sierra Noble and the National Arts Centre Orchestra. Canada Day Across the Country takes place from 1-2PM. At night you can tune into Canada Day Together with The Jerry Cans, Alanis Morissette, Haviah Mighty and Ria Mae among many others. It kicks off at 8PM. 

The night will end with footage from past Canada Day fireworks celebrations.  

There will be more family-friendly activities and social media challenges all week long that you can enjoy at home.
