If you’ve been missing out on live music, you can support local Ottawa musicians in August by checking out Sparks Street’s “Songs from the Shed” series once again. New safety measures are in place at Songs from the Shed, with a plexiglass shield between the stage and the street to keep musicians and audience members safe. 

Several talents will light up the stage on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-2PM through the month, performing original songs and covers of some of the biggest hits. So far this month, Izzy Martinez, Ben Cooper and Shawn Tavenier have brought sweet tunes to Sparks Street, but there are a handful of other artists you can check out.
