Local businesses could use our support more than ever and with Christmas upon us, what better way to support than to shop there for presents? Whether you prefer to stay home or get your shopping done in person, Ottawa has several Christmas markets to choose from. So, you can support local and do what’s comfortable, too! 

Glebe Craft & Artisan Fair 

After 40 years of hosting an in-person craft fair, The Glebe has decided to go online. With over 50 vendors featuring handmade artisanal goods to buy from, your holiday shopping will be covered.

Holiyay 2020 

Freewheeling Craft are back again with a unique approach to the virtual fair through Holiyay 2020. Not only will you be able to shop from your favourite local makers through one virtual marketplace, but you’ll also have the option for sameday local delivery. On top of that, you’ve got live music, virtual Santa photos and workshops, too!

After two years of live markets, Adàwàning has opted to go virtual to showcase Indigenous makers and artists. From moccasins to sculptures to mittens, you’ll really outdo yourself with gifts from Adàwàning

Get the traditional Christmas market experience, just a short drive from the downtown core. You’ll get to visit around 30 local businesses from Metcalfe, Greely, Russell and more.
