Queens Rapper Sues Nicki Minaj For Over $200 Million Over “Rich Sex”

In the world of modern day Hip-Hop there is some news that has surfaced and has quickly made headlines worldwide. Jawara Headley, a Queens rapper who goes by the name Brinx Billions, is suing Nicki Minaj for over $200 million over her song “Rich Sex” with claims that she had ripped it off after he played it for her sometime before 2016.

Brinx Billions, who is a songwriter, composer and rapper claims Nicki Minaj straight up stole his song and put it on her “Queen” album. Despite not being credited as this, Brinx insists that he is the sole author, creator, composer, writer and producer of “Rich Sex.” May we also put our attention towards the fact that he is credited as a writer of “Rich Sex” according to the ASCAP database? If that didn’t put the icing on the cake, you can hear Brinx Billions‘ voice during the introduction period of the song!

Brinx Billions says he’s known Nicki Minaj since 2007 and that he’s upset at the fact that his so-called friend allegedly ripped off specific lyrics such as “It ain’t such a thing as broke and handsome.” Looking at matters beyond lyrical content, Brinx also  claims that her song also has similar musical structure. Wrapping things up, Brinx Billions is suing Nicki Minaj as well as Universal Music Group, Young Money, and Cash Money, for more than $200 million in damages.
