TIFF Rings in Indigenous History Month with free screenings this weekend

You can take in films by Indigenous directors and creatives this weekend at TIFF’s digital Bell Lightbox. The series, Stories are Power: Films from Indigenous Creators is streaming from June 18th-20th. It features Vai (2019), SG̲aawaay Ḵ’uuna (Edge of the Knife) (2018), The Body Remembers When the World Broke Open (2019), The Book of the Sea (2018) and maɬni – towards the ocean, towards the shore (2020).
