Mayor Jim Watson and the City of Ottawa have created a new tool to help locals book their vaccines. The vaccine wait list tool will allow eligible people to book same-day vaccination appointments. The form is available to fill out as of June 22.

Currently those eligible for their first dose include:

• Anyone in Ottawa aged 12 and over

Currently those eligible to receive their second dose include:

• Anyone who received their first dose on or before May 9, 2021
• Anyone who received their first dose and is considered a highest-risk health care worker, as defined by the Province
