You can get a free ride to Gatineau Park next month to see the changing leaves

Hoping to see the changing leaves this autumn?  The National Capital Commission is making it even easier to do so. They’re bringing back their free Red Line shuttle service from downtown Ottawa to Gatineau Park starting Saturday, October 2nd. The shuttle stops at many of the park’s most adored spots, including Pink Lake, the Champlain Trail, King Mountain and the Waterfall. It leaves from Ottawa’s Supreme Court.

It will run on weekends until October 24th and on Monday, October 11 from 9:00AM until 1:00PM. No tickets are required, but seats will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Trips leave every 25-35 minutes.
