Comedian Bob Saget has passed away at the age of 65. Authorities found him in his room at the Ritz-Carleton hotel in Orlando, Florida.

Saget was best known as single-father Danny Tanner on the ABC sitcom Full House, which ran from 1987 to 1995. He also served as host of America’s Funniest Home Videos from 1989 to 1997.

In later years, he gained increased notoriety for his raunchy stand-up comedy shows, which were a large contrast compared to his family-friendly image on television.

Saget had been performing shows around Florida as part of his “I Don’t Do Negative Comedy Tour”. According to authorities, there were no signs of drugs or foul play at the scene.
