After an extended hiatus, RBC Ottawa Bluesfest has announced the lineup for their 2022 festival.
As has been the case for some time, Rage Against The Machine and Run The Jewels are set as headlining acts, both taking the stage on July 15th. They are joined by the likes of Sarah McLachlan (July 7th), Marshmello (July 12th), and TLC (July 16th).
Music fans can also look forward to the likes of Alanis Morissette (July 10th), grandson (July 16th), Sum 41 (July 13th), and The Beaches (July 17th). The festival also has a strong lineup of Indigenous artists, including First Nations blues and country artist Crystal Shawanda (July 16th), rock duo Crown Lands (July 12th), and Oji-Cree singer Aysanabee (July 17th).
RBC Ottawa Bluesfest Executive Director Mark Monahan has said that he expects this year’s festival to run as intended with no modifications.
